Mirage Limousines and Arizona State University

Arizona State University (ASU) and Mirage Limousines are practically neighbors. Both are centered near Rural Rd (called Scottsdale Rd. in Scottsdale.) We are proud to be located so close to such an amazing University.

Arizona State University is a national space-grant institution. The national space-grant has as one of its goals to recruit and train U.S. citizens, especially women, underrepresented minorities, and persons with disabilities, for careers in aerospace science and technology. This is an admirable goal we support at Mirage Limousines.

Sun Devil Homecoming Party Bus Events

Arizona State University will celebrate it’s homecoming soon, the week of October 27- November 1. Many activities are planned for that week. The festivities culminate with Saturday’s football game against the University of Utah Utes.

On Halloween there is a luncheon to honor the coaches and players. That is a Friday, Oct. 31, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Marriott Tempe at the Buttes. Later that evening is a Lantern Walk at the ASU Tempe campus over by “A” Mountain. This is one of ASU’s longest standing traditions. You can expect to hear the Homecoming Royalty announced during the Lantern Walk.

Homecoming day, Saturday, Nov. 1, and 4 hours prior to kick-off at the Old Main on the Tempe Campus there will be the ultimate pre-game celebration. Including:

A parade with Sun Devil and Pro Football Hall of Famer Randall McDaniel serving as the parade Grand Marshal

The block party filled with: food, fun, entertainment, and more

Look for the ASU Alumni Association on the front lawn of Old Main. They will have fabulous gifts from ASU’s partners. If you buy a Sparky license plate between now and homecoming, and bring your vehicle registration as a proof of purchase to the Sparky license plates booth you can receive another ASU-themed gift.
